Why I’m Starting This Blog

My name is JP, and I’m restarting of my online business journey.

I decided to start this blog because I want to document what I’m learning as I go. I’m not an online marketing expert, and I’m not going to pretend that I have everything figured out.

What I do have is a desire to learn, take action, and build something of my own.

Like a lot of people, I’ve spent time looking at different ways to build an online business. There’s so many options and so much information out there that it can be difficult to know where to begin.

For me, I wanted something that made sense as a starting point.

That led me to affiliate marketing and eventually to The ClickBank Profit Club.

Why I Chose Affiliate Marketing

One of the things that attracted me to affiliate marketing is that I don’t have to create an entire product from scratch.

Instead, I can learn how online marketing works while promoting products and systems that already exist.

I’m getting started with ClickBank affiliate marketing, and I’m still learning the basics. I’m learning about traffic, funnels, leads, follow-up, and how everything fits together.

What I like about affiliate marketing is that it gives me a practical way to learn by doing.

I also like the idea that I can build skills over time instead of expecting everything to happen immediately.

I know there is work involved. I know I’ll have things to learn, mistakes to make, and probably plenty of moments where I wonder if I’m doing something correctly.

That’s okay.

My goal right now isn’t to pretend I’m an expert. My goal is to learn the process and become better at it.

Why List Building Matters to Me

One of the biggest things I’ve learned so far is how important building an email list is to success.

Before learning about this, I mostly thought about online marketing in terms of getting someone to click a link and visit an offer.

But there’s a problem with that approach.

If someone clicks on an offer and leaves without taking the next step, there may not be much opportunity to communicate with that person again.

That’s why I’m starting to understand the value of building a list.

An email list gives me an asset that I can continue to communicate with, rather than simply sending people directly to offers and hoping they make a decision right away.

Not everyone is ready to take action the first time they see something.

Having a way to follow up means there’ss an opportunity to continue providing information and staying in contact with people who’ve already shown some interest.

That makes much more sense to me.

I like the idea of building a list while also promoting a proven system. Instead of thinking only about the next click, I’m learning to think about building something that can become more valuable over time.

The ClickBank Profit Club uses this lead-first approach, with a funnel, lead collection, and follow-up built into the overall system.

Why I Joined The ClickBank Profit Club

After looking at different approaches, I decided to join The ClickBank Profit Club because I liked the idea of having a clearer path to follow.

One of the things that appealed to me is that it isn’t just a collection of training videos.

The system includes a funnel, a referral link, follow-up, training, and community support.

For someone starting out, having those pieces connected together is really helpful.

I don’t want to spend the next year trying to figure out every technical part of building an online business completely on my own.

I want to understand what I’m doing, but I also want a structure that gives me a place to start.

That is what I feel like I have now.

I also understand that joining a program doesn’t automatically create results.

The ClickBank Profit Club is a system, but I still have to learn, take action, get people into my funnel, and stay consistent. The system itself doesn’t replace the work.

That is actually one of the reasons I feel better about restarting my Affiliate Marketing journey.

I’m not looking at this as a get-rich-quick opportunity.

I’m looking at it as something I can learn and work on consistently.

What I’ll Be Doing Next

My next goal is to learn the system properly instead of trying to rush ahead.

I’ll be working through the training, learning more about affiliate marketing, understanding how the funnel and follow-up work, and figuring out how to start generating relevant traffic.

I also want to keep things simple.

There are always more tools, strategies, videos, and ideas to look at online. It would be easy to spend all my time looking on Google for information instead of actually doing anything.

So I’m going to focus on learning one thing at a time and putting what I learn into practice.

And I’m going to document the journey here.

I’ll share what I’m learning, what I’m working on, and the things that become clearer to me as I gain more experience.

Maybe someone else who is just getting started will find some of it useful too.
